RETURN AND REFUNDS
Overview
At Jhaskcom Private Limited (brands: Leymens, Bellemoda, Vinchi, Khanna Surplus), we operate primarily in the B2B sector and supply products to retailers, resellers, and wholesalers. Our Return and Refund Policy is designed to protect the interests of both our company and our business customers. By placing an order on leymensbellemoda.com, you agree to the following terms.
1. Eligibility for Return / Exchange
A. Accepted Return Cases
Returns or exchanges are considered only in the following cases:
- Damaged Product: Physical damage during transit, torn fabric, major stitching issues, or clear manufacturing defects.
- Wrong Product Delivered: Completely different design, color, size, or set than what was confirmed in the order.
- Missing Items: Missing pieces in bundled sets or missing sizes in ratio sets.
B. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
To safeguard the company, we do not accept returns for:
- Products purchased under sale / offer / deal / discount.
- Items that are cut, altered, stitched, washed, used, or worn.
- Minor variations in color or print due to lighting, screens, or hand-printing nature.
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery.
- Stock sold as lot / clearance / surplus.
- International orders, except in rare, clearly proven damage cases.
2. Return Request & Mandatory Conditions
A. Time Window
All return or issue claims must be raised within:
- 24 hours of delivery for domestic orders.
- 12 hours of delivery for international orders.
B. Unboxing Video (Mandatory)
For any damage, wrong product, or missing product claim, a continuous unboxing video is mandatory:
- The video must start from the unopened courier package.
- No cuts, no pauses, no editing.
- All products and defects must be clearly visible in the video.
Without an unboxing video, no claim will be accepted.
C. Condition of Returned Items
- Items must be unused and in original condition.
- All tags, labels, and barcodes must be intact.
- Original packaging and invoice copy must be provided with the return.
D. Approval Before Sending
Returns are accepted only after written approval from our support team. Any parcel sent without prior approval may be rejected and returned to the sender.
3. Replacement & Refund Method
A. Replacement
Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected:
- We will send a replacement piece of the same design, if available.
- If the same design is not available, we may offer a similar product after taking your confirmation.
B. Refund
Refund is considered only when a replacement is not possible.
- Refunds are usually given as store credit / wallet balance, valid for a limited period (e.g. 6 months).
- Direct bank refunds are rare and subject to management approval.
- Cash refunds are not provided for B2B wholesale transactions.
4. Return Shipping & Order Cancellation
A. Return Shipping Charges
- If the error is clearly from our side (wrong / damaged product), we may bear the return shipping charges or arrange a reverse pickup (where serviceable).
- If the issue arises due to customer-side error (wrong address, changed mind, etc.), customer bears the shipping.
B. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order, only if not packed or dispatched.
- Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
- If the customer refuses to accept delivery, two-way courier charges may be deducted and the customer may be blacklisted from future orders.
5. International Orders
For international shipments, due to high freight, customs, and handling charges:
- Returns and replacements are extremely limited and accepted only in clearly proven damage cases with a proper unboxing video.
- Minor color or print variation (2–5%) is considered normal and not a defect.
- Customs duties, import taxes, and delays at destination country are not our responsibility.
6. Product Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
- Fabric shrinkage of 1–3% for cotton and natural fabrics is normal.
- Hand-block and Jaipuri prints may have minor irregularities, which are part of the design and not considered defects.
- Shade variation may occur between batches; this is acceptable in textile manufacturing.
- Our total liability, in any case, is limited to the invoice value of the product in question and will never exceed that amount.
